Online Alumni Directory
The MBA Online Alumni Directory provides a platform for
alumni to build up global network with the over 3,800
alumni worldwide. As a MBA alumnus, you can build up the
connections that you seek by using various search
criteria in the directory. All MBA Alumni will receive
an individual username and password upon graduation to
get access to the MBA Online Alumni Directory. Click here if you have forgotten your username or

Business School Downtown Centre
Located at the prestigious Hong Kong Club Building
in Central, the Business School's downtown centre,
named "HKUST
Business School Central", is an ideal choice for
hosting alumni functions of various natures. MBAAA
Life Members can also enjoy the state-of-the-art
facilities there through a 2-hour one-time FREE
access to the "MBA Alumni Conference Room". Please

Alumni Library Card and Alumni e-Resources Service
Alumni can obtain a Library Card at an annual fee of
$100. Holders of this card may borrow up to ten
items at one time, including books and Media
materials. If you are also a member of the HKUST
Alumni Association or a HKUST Alumni Credit Card
holder, you can enjoy waiver of the first year's
annual fee for the library card.
Alumni who are interested in
accessing library electronic resources
off-campus can pay a cost-recovery annual
subscription fee and get access to selected
databases. The annual subscription fee to the
Alumni e-Resources Service is HK$250. A 20%
discount is offered to members of the HKUST
Alumni Association or to anyone holding a HKUST
Alumni Credit Card.

Sports Facilities
Alumni are entitled to a free Sports Facilities User
Card renewable annually. Apply in person at the
Student Affairs Office's Amenities Service Counter
on LG3. For enquiries, please call (852) 2358 6666.

Alumni can enjoy the free services provided in the the "Alum-e-Nation"
website, including email service, online personal
information update and alumni directory, etc. You can

Accommodation
Alumni can reserve rooms for themselves and guests at

Wi-Fi Service
With the Wi-Fi Service available, alumni can carry your
computer notebook around on campus and still be online
for free. Before using the service, there are 2 things
you need to do. They are: (1) have your alumni email
account (Alum-e-Nation) activated and (2) register for
the use of the Wi-Fi Service. Please refer to details

If you have lost your Membership Card and would like us to re-issue one for you, please email us at mbaaa@ust.hk with your full name, class and contact method. An administration fee of HK$30 will be charged for the first-time card reissue request. For the second-time request and onwards, the charge would be HK$100 each.
