Alumni Library Card and Alumni e-Resources Service

Alumni can obtain a Library Card at an annual fee of $100. Holders of this card may borrow up to ten items at one time, including books and Media materials. If you are also a member of the HKUST Alumni Association or a HKUST Alumni Credit Card holder, you can enjoy waiver of the first year's annual fee for the library card.

Sports Facilities

Alumni are entitled to a free Sports Facilities User Card renewable annually. Apply in person at the Student Affairs Office's Amenities Service Counter on LG3. For enquiries, please call (852) 2358 6666. For the application form, please download here.

Alumni can enjoy the free services provided in the the "Alum-e-Nation" website, including email service, online personal information update and alumni directory, etc. You can also find the latest development and information about HKUST through the email service provided by Alum-e-Nation. On-campus Accommodation

Alumni can reserve rooms for themselves and guests at the Visitor Center. For rates and bookings, call (852) 2358 6158 or click here.

Wi-Fi Service

With the Wi-Fi Service available, alumni can carry your computer notebook around on campus and still be online for free. Before using the service, there are 2 things you need to do. They are: (1) have your alumni email account (Alum-e-Nation) activated and (2) register for the use of the Wi-Fi Service. Please refer to details here.

If you have lost your Membership Card and would like us to re-issue one for you, please email us at mbaaa@ust.hk with your full name, class and contact method. An administration fee of HK$30 will be charged for the first-time card reissue request. For the second-time request and onwards, the charge would be HK$100 each.
